  I went in with my husband and two kids one 2 years old and one 5 years old. After ordering and getting our food we sat down. Food was cold. But while we were eating the manager was yelling at another manger they both went outside and the Two crew workers started talking about getting "sh!t faced" my five year old then decided to ask me what that meant. Needless to say this is not a family restaurant and I will not return to the arbys here.

  Through the drive thru TWICE each time order was wrong. The manager K was a complete jerk. Will NOT spend one more cent at this Arbys. Also what was ordered WAS ON THE MENU......got the order home, called and WAS TOLD IT WASN'T ON THE MENU? Why did the genius at the time of the order tell us that? You just serve what you feel like and charge customers for it?

  The food is good, but the service was kind of slow when we were there. It is in a good location if you are shopping and get hungry.
